Health and Wellness

The Medinah Park District offers a wide variety of wellness programs for adults throughout the year.  Programs include Circuit Training, Pilates, Zumba, Barre Fitness, Yoga, Spinning, Jazzercise and more as well as classes emphasizing nutrition and diet for individuals.

Please reference your seasonal brochure for specific offerings and locations.  Many programs take place at the Roselle Park District or Bloomingdale Park District Recreation Centers.
